These terms govern business use of Restuno, provided by Jerry Technologies SRL. By creating an account or using Restuno, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the restaurant or business using the service.
What Restuno provides
Restuno provides AI-assisted restaurant inventory and growth tools. Features may include interpreting text, voice, images and documents; preparing inventory changes; storing operational history; and managing connected business services.
Review before confirmation
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Inventory changes are presented for review where applicable. You are responsible for checking products, quantities, prices, taxes, expiry dates, suppliers, replies, and other actions before confirming or publishing them. Restuno is not accounting, tax, legal, or food-safety advice.
Your account and team
Provide accurate information, protect login credentials and employee PINs, and promptly remove access that is no longer required. You are responsible for actions performed through your account and for having the necessary rights and notices for employee data.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and files you submit. You grant us and our service providers permission to host and process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have the right to upload and process that content.
Acceptable use
Do not use Restuno unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, misuse third-party integrations, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Third-party services
Restuno relies on services such as Google Cloud, Firebase, OpenAI, Apple, and optional Google Business Profile integrations. Their availability and terms may affect related features. You may disconnect optional integrations at any time.
Plans and availability
Features, limits, and pricing shown during beta may change before commercial launch. Paid terms will be shown before a charge is made. The service may occasionally be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. Maintain any independent records required for accounting, compliance, food safety, or restaurant operations.
Account suspension and deletion
You may delete your account from Restaurant settings. We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent misuse, or address a serious breach of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Restuno is provided without guarantees that every AI interpretation, integration, or result will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
